The Charlou Homeowner's Board has chosen, after much favorable input, to create this website for the exclusive use of Charlou homeowners. The purpose of the website is to provide Charlou homeowners with a single and easy-to-use source for important information regarding our Charlou neighborhood.

The HOA Board intends to keep the site simple, easy-to-use and exclusive to keep website costs manageable and to protect the confidential information contained on the site. We also intend to update the website once per calendar quarter, at the beginning of the quarter, with new or revised information. We do this to manage costs and because the volunteer HOA Board is not able to maintain the site like a typical commercial website.
